This is sad to write. I used a and m last year. They were fantastic. Called them to do a job on another property I own. They came out and started the work. I was not able to inspect the property, but paid them, based on previous work they had done. Boy that was a mistake. When I inspected the work, they had left the trunk of the large tree they had started to cut. They also didn't take a bush I had asked to be cut back. So sad to see a good company go bad.

Did 75% of the job. I gave them the money and they never came back to finish. Been trying for a week and can not get an answer to when they will be back to finish. There is a ton of debris left in my yard and a quarter of the tree still left to be cut. They won't answer my calls or text. I will be filling a complaint with BBB and pursuing legal action if things are not corrected.

This company called me after I put in a quote request on HomeAdvisor. They came out on Sunday 4/8 to give an estimate. I thought the estimate was fair and decided to let them start the work. They came out on Monday 4/9 and started the work. They were not able to get it all done, which was fine and came back on Tuesday to do more. On Tuesday when I arrived home they still had more work that needed to be done. I was told that they were going to be coming back with a special chainsaw because the thickness of the tree was so big they couldn't use what they had with them. It's been a week and I can't get a hold of them. I already paid them and they will not return my calls or text messages. My house has tons of debris around it and a quarter of the tree is still left that needs to be cut. The guy that was working at the house, Mark, is very polite and seems like a nice guy but I can't help but believe that they have taken my money and ran at this point. I don't understand how a company can take your money for a service, do 75% of the job and then never call you or answer you phone calls. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with.

Did not repair the ground as stated they would do. I ended up repairing the holes left and will have to level the ground and sod where tire tracks were left.

Professional, Friendly. Did excellent job. Had them shape and trim our Russian Olive Trees along with the Blue Spruce in front of the house.

Guys did a great job. Nice and accommodating. Would definitely use them again.

I was pleased that they did not shy away from the small job I had like other companies did. They were great at grinding the stumps I had and even straightened the gate that another company had bent.

Mark came out to my house for a quote on trimming trees and stump removals. He was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He's easy to work with and very accommodating to your needs. The price was great and I hired them for the job. They did an excellent job of trimming the trees and cleaned up everything. A few of the tree stumps I needed removed were right next to the foundation of my house. They took the time to protect my basement windows, foundation and house. They did an excellent job cleaning and raking everything up. I would highly recommend these guys!

I needed to have a very large tree taken to the stump in my yard. I received 3 estimates from providers found on this site. all responded quickly and submitted their estimates. I decided to us A and M because of their competitive rate and their positive ratings. The work was started within the week of hire and completed in 2 days . They also trimmed 2 other trees for me. The crew was efficient, professional, and courteous. Their work was meticulous and their cleanup complete..nothing left behind. Would use them again if the need arises.

This project involved removing 2 small trees and trimming a large beech tree. They were on time and did the work as outlined in the estimate. Excellent clean up. I was very satisfied. Fran D.

Thay were great at trimming and the price was right, nice people

Got fast estimate on a Saturday morning and work completed by Sunday evening, for removing multiple backyard trees, including a very tall and partially uprooted one. Took extra care to fell the large tree in a way that didn't damage adjacent trees or make a gap in the woodline. Would highly recommend.

The gentlemen were prompt and efficient in helping us with our situation. We have four dogs and with the fence down we could not let them outside. They not only removed the downed tree but helped us put the fence back together so that we could allow the dogs out without an issue.
