Always arrived early, steady hard workers, pleasant to work with! Listened to what I was wanting out of the bathroom remodel and made suggestions at what would work in the space we had.

The weather has been an issue this spring but the guy�s at A&P Builders can produce when the weather cooperates.

They did a wonderful job. Their work was outstanding and they always cleaned up at the site.

He did a fantastic job. He does excellent work. He is a real gentleman. He does what he says he will do. If he contracts out the work, he checks several times a day. He just does quality work.

I used A&P Builders to prepare the site (remove trees and grade), build a concrete slab, it's footers and a driveway extension for a detached garage. Their workers were on-time, thorough and completed the job exactly as promised. I especially liked that they kept the job site clean and neat during and at the finish of the job. Their salesmen, John and Coy, visited often to take picture and see how things were progressing and to make sure all was in order. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their work.

We are satisfied with the project. They did job very quickly and not caused any trouble to our daily life. When we had questions, John (senior designer) always worked with us to find the solutions. We are so happy about this job and definitely to use A &P for our future project.

They were great in getting us a bid and a contract as well as fitting us into their schedule, that was the best thing about them. They were to pull permits which I informed them of and which was written into the contract but they didn't until my insurance company threathen to cancel my policy and then they only pulled the construction not the electrical. I am unable to put my backsplash up as I am afraid as the electrical is still not inspected. They also didn't follow the plans of the kitchen for example, the cabinet is up against the stove, instead of using the filler piece that was in the plan. I had to order more crown molding.

They did a very good job with the garage. The one downside was they asked for additional money ($1,000) once we were well into the project. John (the sales guy) and Perry (the owner) were easy to contact and they got back to us in short order.

John Pohzehl came out and spoke to me about the project I was thinging about. He was extremely knowledgable and very pleasant. I felt no pressure to sign anything or go with something I would not be happy with. He discussed many different options with me and I chose one that was not quite as ambitious as I had originally been thinking about. He went over contracts, showed me pictures, gave references, and made sure that I knew everything about this project and was comfortable with it. The first part has been completed and I am very satisfied. The next portion is to start soon and I am very excited. I would highly recommend this company

I was impressed with A&P builders from our very first meetinig. They listened to my requirements for the job and came back with a proposal that met all of my expectations. I consider myself lucky to have chosen a company that takes pride in their work and delivered a finished product that was first rate. They took the time and made the effort to make sure I got what was expected. I would highly recommend A&P builders to others and would use them again for my next project.

These guys are amazing. They are extremely professional, respectful of your property (and respectful of your neighbors), and they pay attention to the details. They listened to what we were trying to accomplish, to make sure they designed/built something with which we would be happy. (They built both an addition and a deck.) They were also very helpful in providing design options/recommendations (since we weren't entirely sure how we wanted some things -- like locations of lights, ceiling fans, etc.) I can not recommend them enough.

A&P Builders built a great garage for us. It took a while to find a builder we felt understood our desires. A&P Builders and all the folks from A&P Builders were interested in providing us with a garage that was exactly what we wanted. We had some delays caused by the County requiring additional soil testing and inspection but the A&P folks worked through the issues with the inspectors to everyone's satisfaction. We were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship during the entire project. If you need a garage, A&P Builders are the folks you need to talk with.
