Always arrived early, steady hard workers, pleasant to work with! Listened to what I was wanting out of the bathroom remodel and made suggestions at what would work in the space we had.

A&P Builders built a great garage for us. It took a while to find a builder we felt understood our desires. A&P Builders and all the folks from A&P Builders were interested in providing us with a garage that was exactly what we wanted. We had some delays caused by the County requiring additional soil testing and inspection but the A&P folks worked through the issues with the inspectors to everyone's satisfaction. We were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship during the entire project. If you need a garage, A&P Builders are the folks you need to talk with.

Very professional and on time

They were great in getting us a bid and a contract as well as fitting us into their schedule, that was the best thing about them. They were to pull permits which I informed them of and which was written into the contract but they didn't until my insurance company threathen to cancel my policy and then they only pulled the construction not the electrical. I am unable to put my backsplash up as I am afraid as the electrical is still not inspected. They also didn't follow the plans of the kitchen for example, the cabinet is up against the stove, instead of using the filler piece that was in the plan. I had to order more crown molding.

I used A&P Builders to prepare the site (remove trees and grade), build a concrete slab, it's footers and a driveway extension for a detached garage. Their workers were on-time, thorough and completed the job exactly as promised. I especially liked that they kept the job site clean and neat during and at the finish of the job. Their salesmen, John and Coy, visited often to take picture and see how things were progressing and to make sure all was in order. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their work.

He did a fantastic job. He does excellent work. He is a real gentleman. He does what he says he will do. If he contracts out the work, he checks several times a day. He just does quality work.

Perry is very professional, on time, and will get your project perfect, no matter what it takes. We are very, very happy with our new room!!
