The job was to replace 4 skylight on the covered patio. These were plastic and were no longer made so I was pleased they were able to find and replace. It was small job so I am glad they made the effort. It has been three days since replacement and no rain so I cannot yet speak if this actual fix the leaking problem but it appears it will.

Just if you get the combo (Pergola and concrete) added. Make sure the concrete get glossy sealed by contractor with two coats. I had the combo option done, overall it took one week. I am satisfied overall and would recommend services to other customers... I had to add a French drain, because of the angle of my yard with concrete addition. To make sure drain water don't pool up around my new concrete....... Very happy with the work that was done and we love to go and use the backyard again.
