I hired them November 2023 to fix two clogged bathtub faucets. The first guy comes out to diagnose the issue. He spent 20 minutes. Charged me for a full hour 150$ and told me I need new faucets. He quoted me a price of 350-500$ for the repairs. He stated he was ordering the faucets and writing up a work order. He told me when the faucets came in they would call me to set up the appointment. 12 days later I had to call and ask about my faucets. They had been there a week and no one bothered to call me. They then scheduled a repair for a week later. The day of the repair Kyle, the plumber doing the job called me at 7:30 am to ask what needed to be done. The first guy never gave them the work order. I donâ t know why he even bothered to write up a work order other than to pad their bill and charge me 150$. Kyle had no clue I needed two faucets replaced. Kyle went and bought faucets at Lowes only to learn the faucets had already been purchased and where at their shop. 1.5 hours later Kyle shows up apologizing for the mix up admitted he never saw the work order he did not even know who the other guy was and told me they never rally Look at those work orders. He spent 2 more hours installing the 2 faucets. In the end proceeds to charge me an extra 75$ because he needs to go back to Lowes and return the other faucets and for some reason that needs to come out of my pocket??? A day later one of the faucets was leaking. Kyle came back and fixed it the next day. 4 days later the other faucet was leaking and when I called to complain I was told it would be 10-12 more days before they could get anyone out here. I had to shut my water off for 12 days again and wait for them to show up and fix their own mistakes. 100% of their work failed in less than 4 days and they made no effort to correct anything in a timely fashion. The 3rd guy they sent out stripped the newly installed faucet when trying to fix the 2nd leak. He told me he needed to order a new one and then I never heard back from them again. 645$ for 2 new faucets and they never came back to fix the 2nd faucet. I had to order a new one myself and ended up installing it and repairing it myself. 850$ total only to get poor device and treated like crap!!! They are a bunch incompetent thieves !!! I called 3 times only to be told that the person I needed to speak to was not at their desk 3 days in a row??? .I Sent in 2 emails to customer service and was ignored. I had The BBB contact them on my behalf and they just ignored them as well. I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional business. They basically stole my money and gave me the finger. Rude office staff and an owner who does not give a crap about anything but money. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is bull crap and they do not stand behind their work at all. If you notice all the one star reviews here have a common theme, they get your money and then if you have any issues with their work or complain at all they simply ignore you. Standard operating procedure for these thieves. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY THING AT ALL. I would not let them clean my toilet much less touch my plumbing ever again

The serviceman was professional, efficient and worked very hard. I was a bit surprised at the final cost but considering the hours he put in and it was done on a holiday Iâ m sure the cost was in the normal range. Thank you A&W Plumbing.

Came out to do an estimate on work and figured out the problem on the spot and fixed it right then. They could have gave me the run around and charged me so much money considering what I thought the problem was verses what the real problem was but Ryan was amazing . I was extremely satisfied with the work and price and will use them for all future plumbing work.

A&W does great work but the price for clearing my drain was super expensive for the amount of work done.

Would be a complete five but my 8am appointment became an 11am appointment. The technician was great and very friendly. The work was better than I expected.

They were on time and friendly and told me up front what I needed and what the cost would be.

Did great work, called me with an opening after a cancellation, fixed the problem area quickly, a bit costly, but they did great work.

The price for the job and two mesh hoses was excessive.

I called and left a message late Friday and on Monday morning I received a call and by 3:30 that day I had water and heat. No plumbers from my home town would come and do the job because it was in a crawlspace. I was without water and heat, during the worse weather in 30 years for 17 days. These are wonderful people (Stacey, Sam and Josh) and they get the job done. I was over 35 miles from their location.

Don't trust the price they quote you. Work was good but when someone quotes you a price and then ends up being alot more that is bad business and in this area seems to be the standard business practice.

Responded right away, but it's unfortunate that the plumbers we have in town are not within your network.

They are great communicating. When they had an emergency call to make, they called me and said it would be a few hours later. I appreciate this attention to detail.

Dug up and replaced root blocked sewer line. Very prompt service.

Really personable. Told us the problem but too large to crawl under house to intake air vent.....still very much appreciated......
