New home, new problem but no problem for the Aardvarks! I hired them last year to fix an issue with a home I was selling. When some structural cracking was present in my new home, I new exactly who to call. Once again they were great to work with. Professional, super knowledgable and their prices can't be beat. Had French Drains installed in our basement because of water leakage after most rain storms. The owner of Ardvark Waterproofing , Chad and his Crew in three days completely Installed French Drains all around our basement floor and went from a wet basement to a completely dry basement and now have twice the usable living area in our home. Living at the bottom of a long hill, We got water in our basement most every time it rained. My husband and I had an egress window installed by Aardvark Basement Waterproofing and wanted to share some details of our wonderful experience! Chad and Catrina reached out to us the night that we requested a quote on Home Advisor and promptly scheduled an evening with us to come out and see our basement. They showed us stunning pictures of other egress windows they had installed which made us feel confident that we could trust their work. They did not make us wait for a quote as other companies had but instead gave us a competitive price on the spot that was a couple of hundred dollars less than their competitors for a larger size window and some extras that other companies had not offered. They were informative but not pushy and my husband and I actually canceled a quote with another company after their visit because we were already sold on hiring them for the service. They worked around our schedule for the project and held true to their dates provided even through days of rain and having to work double shifts to accommodate us. They came prepared with tarps and thoroughly protected the inside of our house and basement so that no mud got inside the house. They showed attention to detail by scrubbing down an outside carpet that got some mud on it and replacing some siding on our overhanging outside wall which got a few scuffs on it during the job. They were very professional, positive, and friendly throughout the whole experience and we were very impressed with the finished product. They provided a lifetime warranty on the window and offered to come back to fill any settling with dirt in the next few months. Hey America! Thinking about installing an egress window in your basement for safety reasons or code compliance? I would recommend that you look no further. Aarvark installed one for us and we could not be more satisfied. The whole process working with Aardvark was super smooth. Not only did Chad and Trina come out to our home for a visual to provide a quote, but they gave us options, left us brochures on the product they install, provided a list of references and gave us a quote before they left. The crew of five arrived on the designated start date. They took great care to protect our home by putting up protective plastic throughout the entire basement and tarps on the floor. Our basement is finished and we really appreciated that. All members of the crew were hard workers friendly and in good spirits. They went over and beyond our expectation in a number of ways. They moved the extra dirt from the dig, by bucket, out into my yard where I needed some extra to level it up. Chad even grabbed a yard rake and spread the dirt out and picked out the rocks! On the inside, they did a great finish job by replacing the pegboard in my wife's craftroom that had to be removed. It looks great. The construction of the window is super solid especially the header, above the window. This job was complete in two days and before they left, they thoroughly policed the outside and mopped floors on the inside. Trina stopped by as they were finishing up to make sure we were happy and to take care of the final paperwork. By the way, Aardvark provided the best quote of three contractors. I hope they use me as a reference because we would do business with them in a heartbeat. Thank you Aardvark!

The company did a wonderful job I couldnâ t have asked for better work the workers were polite cleaned up after everything and kept dust and dirt to a minimum I would hire them again in a minute and I would recommend anyone out there who needs waterproofing to hire them great job

Aardvark Waterproofing did a wonderful job with our basement! We had a crack along our basement wall that created a pool of water every time it rained. We asked them to put in an egress window and they also recommended a French drain with sump pump along the wall with the crack to prevent further water in the basement. Itâ s now been about 2 months, weâ ve had several heavy rains, and our basement is dry!! They were wonderful to work with, put up dust barriers when working, and even offered to dust our house afterward when we found out our son had croup, which was so thoughtful. They were also great about wearing masks, and were very reasonably priced. I canâ t say enough good things about this company!
