We recently had a liner replacement done by BPS, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Unfortunately, shortly after the initial installation, the liner we had purchased separately (not supplied by BPS) developed a major tear due to a defect. Even though this issue was completely unrelated to BPS, we reached out to Victor, and he went above and beyond to help. Victor was incredibly understanding and had his team return the very next day after our replacement liner arrived — less than a week after the tear occurred. To our surprise and appreciation, he did not charge us the full price for the second installation, even though BPS was in no way responsible for the faulty liner. BPS was a pleasure to work with during what was otherwise a very stressful situation. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help truly stood out. I highly recommend BPS and sincerely appreciate Victor’s support and integrity throughout the process.

$1100 cash, and this is 1 1/2 weeks after the installation of my new liner. Needless to say, we never even got to go in the pool. Completely damage my neighbors yard as well.

Well, the weather conditions were not Ideal with the unusual snow on 4/12/25 followed by a week's worth of rain, so the project got off to a slow start due to muddy bedding conditions that required extra Sand for the bedding; however, on the third day the team of 3 worked 3 hours to complete the work entirely. This included spreading & compacting the 1 CY of sand and get the liner installed with all skimmers and discharge hose connections reattached with new gaskets! It really looks excellent! I have done this installation the last time and the work is not so easy to get that liner to laid flat but It is very flat. I don’t give high ratings easily.

Pool Service Companies I was very happy with the service of Best Pool Solutions(BPS) 862-456-7029. My pool was extremely dirty and needed draining and an acid wash. BPS stayed in contact and came out and did the job efficiently and thouroughly.

Victor and Anthony were very pleasant and completed the job within hours from making contact. They were professional and were available with little to no notice upon request. They have been added to my address book and are on schedule for opening already.

Victor (the owner) and Aaron responded immediately. They came out the same day I called and about 2 hrs before scheduled, which worked out great. Same day appointment and finished the closing of my above ground pool all in the same day. These guys did everything for my closing, Removing ladder etc. Victor is very knowledgeable (manybyears of experience) and personable. Easy to talk to and to voice any concerns with his experienced suggestions. I have had other companies do the closing but he did the job better than all others. On top of all this his prices were GREAT! I couldn't be happier with job and price. Upon request he even scheduled me for next year's opening with an approximate date. No other pool service has done that (they want u to wait until next spring to scheduke). I will use Victor from BPS for all my pool issues from here on out.

I had called explaining how my standard pool company had cancelled on me last minute and he told me he could come out today and close my pool. On top of that I had mentioned how I typically had supplied my own closing products and he told me that he would subtract that from price and charge me for just the closing. He ad his coworker were fast and professional. I am quite satisfied with their work. Will use their company again for sure in future.
