Aaron Moore has not completed the survey he was hired to conduct, despite taking a deposit for half of his fee. He promised to have the survey completed by July 15, 2021. Now, after almost 6 months after being hired, he has failed to complete my property survey and has not presented us with a completed survey that can be recorded. He has lied and made promises to deliver and has not followed through, despite our repeated requests. In my opinion, he has not been professional and lacks veracity and integrity.

Mr. Moore contacted me about the survey I agreed to his price he scheduled the work to be done on Friday, October 8, 21, and never came nor called. I messaged him on Sunday the 10th he said the project would be done Monday the 11th I finally got a message from him on Tuesday the 12th and he stated that he was working on the project and would contact me shortly never heard a word from him. I messaged him today Friday the 15th he stated he was on the way to my property. I arrived at my property this afternoon and nothing has been done. My plan to install a fence this weekend will have to be rescheduled.

It was a nightmare dealing with Mr. Moore. He promptly wants his payment but was extremely slow. Took 13 weeks to complete a subdivision on a vacant lot that I was purchasing. Had to get an attorney involved. Threaten him with a lawsuit to get him to finish the job. He lied to me on several occasions and still owes me a $50.00 refund. I DO NOT recommend!

We had to reschedule the survey appointment twice and over a week later we have not received the promised maps/plats that need to be filed. I have contacted him multiple times and receive empty assurances that they will be emailed **tomorrow**.
