He was delayed which made him several hours late and no one called me about it. I spoke with the office and they said he was going to arrive any minute. It was severl more hours before he finally arrived. Once he was here, he did a very good job. I just wish that they had kept me informed of the delay rather than leaving me hanging.

I called ~10:15-10:30 (appointment was for 10AM) and was told He'd be late. They could have called. Showed up ~11:30 AM. Work was done satisfactorily.

"This is a confusing review. The earliest appointments we have in San Jose are 11 AM. So, a half hour late is reasonable in this line of work. We always call 30 minutes prior to appointment time to let customers know ETA. We call everyone especially if we are going to be late. We give each customer our undivided time when we are at their house fixing their door hense the 4 stars by you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority hense the 4 stars by you. We dont leave a job half done. When we leave customers are able to secure their house and belongings and are completely satisfied. We guarantee we are the lowest prices around. Mr Farris was nice and wanted the job. I thought he was a little costly for what needed to be done, but l had the work done. He said he would send me an email receipt but I have not hear from him even though l follow up with phone call. Not good business.

This installer was great. We only had one miscommunication when he arrived. He saw the Garage Door Opener I had already purchased and felt it wasn't the best for my door. All I would suggest in calling them is to make sure they know what you have on hand so they can give you their feedback then and there and you can think about it. For me, he showed up and I didn't want to cancel the appt and get new hardware so I had him install it as is. Note, I think it works great. His work was excellent and I have no concerns with it. I have a double-wide single solid door and I have a belt drive now vs my old chain drive. He suggested a screw drive for the door, or to replace it with a segmented rolling door. I have other friends with what I have now and they have not had issues. But I appreciated the installer's professional opinion.

If you are older and do not know much about how the garage door works he will rip you off. He installed double springs even though he said one of them fine. he took both springs with him and later I requested him to return the one still working . He did not respond. There are more issues with him which I Don't have space to write here .

Aaron showed up on time, and was very well versed with the system. I just hired him to replace torsion spring but decided to replace my chain garage door system to a belt one. He had all the parts. Cost of parts were not as expensive compared to online or other retailers. Quality of work was very nice and he also passed on his knowledge about the garage door operation and maintenance technique with me.
