Ken Ryan did my work from Abacus. The work I had requested was to recess the electrical box a couple of inches, install a new outlet, and hide exposed phone and cable by putting it in the wall. He was also to replace the drywall and have it ready for painters. He ended up overly recessing the panel, which isn't what I wanted. He also removed a large section of drywall, and installed 2 junction boxes, which if were covered with drywall, would violate fire codes. He wasn't able to come the first day he scheduled. Then the second day he was 2 hours late, forcing me to be late to work. There were several occasions where he said he was going to come but never showed up at all, and when he did say he was coming, he always showed up late if at all. I was forced to tell him to not come anymore(Not that he was showing up anyways), and that I'd be hiring someone else to finish the job.
