Scott at Rainbow Pest is great. We have had issues with mice and bugs and Scott made sure all of the cracks were sealed in our home to stop the mice. If we ever see more activity, they are out to our house within a day or to to spray again at no charge.

We've actually used them for more than just our original pest problem (carpenter ants) but hired them on for a yearly maintenance program. Every service person we have worked with has been very curteous, communicates well, and has been prompt. When calling on special issues, we are treated well and the issues are handled in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend this service. They were VERY prompt. I called with an issue and they were out the next morning to inspect. I really appreciated working with someone who wasn't a telemarketer. The other two companies had people call and try to "sell" me. I really like the guarantee and the fact that this company was able to get out to my home within 24 hours. I haven't seen an ant since!!!!! It seems to have done the trick!!! Thanks Abate!

He came on Saturday, the day after we talked, and was great. I would recommend him to my friends. He treated for ants and did an inspection and recommended things I could do myself for other pest/rodent problems. I would call him back in the future, if needed.

I'm not sure how to value this service, but I can tell you that it was a sacrifice. If I can keep the ants at bay it will have been worth it. Overall, I think that the two people I worked with in your company were wonderful and I appreciate the good work.
