After hiring Abba to install skylights, I wanted to again use them to replace a window. Their work is excellent. They replaced an old window with a garden door and it's beautiful. Gordon also managed to procure a replacement for my shattered front door which I didn't know had a lifetime warranty. That was over two years ago. I CANNOT get them to return for a small area of cosmetic finish for the garden door plus the replacement front door sits in their warehouse while I go through the third NJ winter with a screen in my front door. Although Gordon reports the work will take only 1-1/2 hours, and despite 6-7 appointments, they have not returned. Four appointments were in January 2016 alone. No-show, no call. For one appointment, Gordon assured me he would come himself, no show, no call. He then assured by text Noemi would be there Friday to finish the job, no show, no call.

My roof was in worse shape than I thought. Gordon pointed out, and was up front, with all the mistakes and short cuts the previous roofer had made in 2006, which were the cause of my leaky roof, along with the help of Mother Nature this past fall and winter. That previous roofer (who never returned our calls), had put a 3RD roof over the 2ND roof, which Gordon said would have begun to cause real BIG problems in time. This time of year ABBA had to dodge the weather, which they made no excuse for, kept us in excellent communication, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job in a very timely fashion. Recommend doing business

I cannot recomment theis company. He didn't fix the roof leak the first tme he came to the house. I called him back and he came over and found more wrong. He never showed up when he said he would and didn't call. I called him several times and left messages on his voicemail. He never called back. I would call him again and hewould answer and tell mehe would be her tonight at 5pm and he never showed and never called. That hapened 3 times. He never finished the job. He came to the house and picked uphis ladder, never talked with my wife and just left. The job is still not completed. I have had to hire someone else to finish the work.

I am very happy with my choice of contractor, returned calls, came on time (even came out on a Sunday to look at the job) and did the job as quoted. I look forward to working wtih him on other projects that come up.

Gordon from ABBA was prompt with contacting me following my service magic submission. He was prompt with an estimate (w/in 1 day). ABBA priced fully competitively with other local estimates. Most importantly ABBA was prompt with their promised work date and time, completed the work effectively and cleaned up fully. Good work, courteous contractors, on-time, fair price, really what more can you ask for!

I highly recommend Abba Roofing to anyone in need of a roofing replacement or repair. Starting with the initial phone call through the completion of the roofing project, I was provided with excellent customer service. Phone calls were always returned promptly, and the actual roof replacement was scheduled and completed in under a week. Gordon is wonderful, and service like this is hard to find with most other contractors. I am now utilizing his services for some other projects at my home. His company exceeded my expectations!

First and foremost Abba Systems is excellent. I had a roof leak and I went on service magic and did the process. Within 7 minutes after filling out the form Gordon from Abba called and it was on a Saturday no less, thats excellent in my book. Then Gordon said that he would come on Sunday to have a look, that was excellent. On Sunday Gordon called before he came over, which was excellent communication. Gordon came over and found the problem and we made an appointment to fix. The roof was fixed, the following week and so far no more leak. I also have to say that Gordon alaways picks up the phone and has excellent customer service skills.

Got a new roof installed and it looks beautiful. Explained everything very thoroughly before the work. Looking to get new windows with them now after seeing the roof. Great price. Would recommend.

does not respond to my many phone calls or e-mails to solve problems.very unreliable and unprofessional. impossible to reach after install. i was told parts were ordered and would be delivered. after 3 months discovered he never ordered anything. talks a good game, but fails to deliver. stay far away from abba systems.
