"these home owners are a pleasure to work for, we removed soil's from their back yard and placed 4 inches of rock to give them a proper solid base then placed forms and concrete for a random slate stone finish which had color in the concrete and a second color from the release we use to high light the deep impressions.the project is beautiful and am sure the owners will enjoy it for years to come ,and best of all the colors wont fade away, and most of all thank you John&Pauline to new prospecting customers please check our ratings/reviews with not only home advisor but also with the better business bureau we have an A++ rating and are also a pro contractor with home depot as well."

"this customer is great and hope to do more work for him. his project had many issues like poor soil quality which caused settling, to take care of that we removed over one foot of poor soil and replaced it with solid rock base with a major compaction and 1/2"commercial grade rebar so there wont be any issues again,the snow and ice storm we had slowed progress down due to i wanted to make sure the base stayed dry so we covered it with plastic.again we love a challenge,hope to do your project.please give us a call we are also rated by the better business bureau with an A++ rating check us out with them to thank you Gerold Abbott"

"we appreciate the review and can say to all please read your contracts,that way we wont have any communication problems later.and as far as permits we offer up front to pull but their is a cost of the permit and the business charge,so as most do they opted to do it them selves.and that was the option for the channel drain,we can do everything except connecting to main drain lines (due to needing plumbers license) we were told that the husband was a plumber and that they would supply and hook up and so for the permits and the drains we wrote the contract stating what we would do (set drains supplied by owners to grade only) and what they would do. If any one would like to see the contract we have no problems showing, with of course all names address deleted. again please always read and understand your contracts so that both parties will be happy from start to finish,and as a accredited business by the Better Business Bureau with an A plus rating we try to do the most we can to correct any issues no matter whose at fault."
