The wire management job was done poorly. Made me pay for a part that they installed and failed instantly. Prices for the parts and labor seemed pretty high.

Responded quickly to need. However, he could not figure out what was wrong or how to fix it. Since he did not actually do any work he only charged the week day service fee rather than the weekend rate. We had to wait two days and hire another HVAC professional to fix the heater.
