We provide superior repair, service, installation, and replacement services for all major household appliances, all makes and models.We offer after 5 PM and weekend appointments at no extra charge.The service technician that comes out is always the owner so as to ensure prompt and courteous service. We also will provide advice over the phone to do it yourselfers to the extent that is possible. Our trip charge is waived if we do the repair and we will give free estimates over the phone if given complete information on the appliance repair requested. We look forward to providing you the finest service the industry.

Joe really knows his s**t. Within 20 minutes he had the problem narrowed down to 2 options. He offered a fix for a freon leak (which Whirlpool would declare as not repairable) at an acceptable price.
I eventually elected not to do the repair, and bought a replacement.
At that point, Joe even suggested places with discount prices.
An honest and knowledgeable man. Hard to find these days.

We recently had a great experience with Joseph Horvath from Abby Appliance Repair. Our Whirlpool washer stopped working which caused us some concern about our laundry getting washed in a timely manner. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part right away. They can to the house and looked at grill to provide estimate on servicing. Charged us $80 trip fee. They never followed up with a promised quote so we paid $80 for nothing. Would not recommend prepaying.

Great. Joe responded immediately to our post, asking questions on the problem as well as the make and model of the appliance. He was familiar with it (after 30 years in the business). He arrived the next day as planned, got right at it, and had the minor problem taken care of within a half hour. He did not try to upgrade the problem; provided a quick and easy solution; quoted a reasonable cost; and gave a warranty on his work.
