"Charged the agreed price. Completed the service as requested at the time requested. I wish that there was a reason given for the 2-star review so I can improve my service. Unfortunately, my sample that was taken revealed asbestos for this client. The reporting of this bad news can sometimes make it seem like a bad experience. I hate this part of my job! I am inclined to think that this is the reason for the low score."
