Joe is a lying scam artist. He took advantage of my family in our time of need. He even went as far as to use my 15 month old daughter as a pawn in his scare tactics. Everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. Joe did many things that were unethical, against industry sandards, and illegal. I have pictures, documents, and text correspondence to prove it. I would love to show anyone interested in what happened to me or that is considering using his company Abcert. Go online and look into Abcert. Everything about the company is related directly to him in some fashion. Abcert Titusville is Joe s personal residence, and Abcert Orlando is another residential address in a gated community. He showed up to my house late in a small white compact car covered in mold with rental equipment and a filthy shop vac that had not even been cleaned out (cross contamination). I ask him if he could bring his indoor vacuum to clean up the mess he made. He did not even own one and had to go buy a cheap one from the store. I still have the box he left to prove it. He broke personal items in my house. He lied about what his products were capable of doing. The helper he used got dropped off at my house an hour and a half late with Zero knowledge of mold remediation or even cleaning for that matter. He lied about the air sample he took after he preformed his services, I spoke with the lab on the phone and have email correspondence with them. I have had three other companies come out and they all agreed that Joe is an embarrassment to the environmental community. I have also had numerous test done in and outside the house done by professionals to back up my claims. I could go on for hours about this guy, but all it does is get my blood pressure sky high. I called this company because my wife has allergies and I have done all I could in the house to fix it. The last step was to pay a company to test the air quality. Joe was quick to respond to the request, thorough and very imfortive when going through the process of testing. There was mold found in my attic and corrected because of his findings. He was available to answer questions whenever needed. He was very personable!
