IV Roof Cleaning

Hired them to come out on a Saturday to do moss removal, roof, and gutter cleaning. They never showed up and when I finally got in contact with them they said they got double booked. I was told they could do my job the following Wednesday. He told me if I booked directly through him instead of going through the app I would get a better deal and avoid being double charged and he would work to get me a refund for being charged for the job they did not make it to. He had asked me if I had anchors on my roof and I let him know that I was not sure. He said it is not a big deal if you do not. On Wednesday when they showed up they went up on the roof and told me they could not scrap the moss off because there were no anchors, he said they would still do the rest of the job and could treat the moss with a chemical. He said he would reduce the price by $85.00 When they were up on the roof they noted some cracked shingles and said I had some unsealed vents and they could fix those for an additional $200.00. After they were done and left I noticed that they did not clean the gutters either. When I asked them about that they said they could not do that because of no anchors either. He never mentioned that that would not be done. Also every time I have had gutters cleaned in the past it was done on ladders, so that made no sense to me. They wanted $500, for a job that 1/10 of what they were hired for got done. After talking to them and explaining that I was not satisfied with the job they made no effort to make it right or do the rest of the work, they just kept asking for their payment.

They were professional and knowledgeable. They even talked with my neighbors and found out more information about the history of our roof. Was a good experience

He came and worked on roof cleaning which he know he charged me more and guarantee me if moss comes back he will fix it? trying reach him since more than a month but he is not responding .., I should not have paid him in full?
