BAF Plumbing - Unlicensed Contractor

Total rip off, I would not recommend using him, he does not stand by his work and is only interested in making money. I called Abdul to fix a leak from my bathtub. He supposedly fixed it and then it leaked again the first time we used it. The water came from about a foot away from the originally leak so he said it was a new leak and it was because my house was old. He then convinced me that he needed to opened up my entire ceiling and charge me an extra $500 to do so. Before testing the second leak he made some changes to his originally fix (put in a different drain in the tub). Once he did that we could not reproduce the leak so he charged me another $1500 after I already paid $1200 the first time. The job he did on the drywall was terrible, there is paint that splattered throughout the area. I still see the seem because he did not put enough mud. He did not prime before painting and said I should just add another coat of paint to fix it. If you want someone thats going to do it right the first time and stand by their work if they dont then you should stay away.

Abdul was the first to respond to a request to fix a clogged drain, so I asked him to come. Two technicians arrived in a passenger car ( no truck with equipment) with an electric snake and a plunger. Both looked new and unused. And a few tools. That is all. They operated the snake for an hour, no success. But when they filled the bathtub with water causing my toilet to overflow I asked them to pack up and leave. This did not look like a professional job.

Arrived on time, very polite and professional, most importantly fixed the problem!!!!!
