Very dissapointed. Paid $500 for two prop structures for an event. I was told by Ashley that they would be complete. An hour before delivery (and hours before the start of the event) I was told she would have to refund me my money because she had a situation at home with police in her driveway. This unfortunately left me no time to let the client know or find an alternative solution. The client would like her money back to which we were told she was â attacked last night and to file a report.â She does great work but this was very unprofessional and unfortunate that weâ ve had to take legal action to receive our money back from a job that was not delivered.

They were great at customer service. Very friendly and personal. Ashley's attention to detail is amazing. The refinishing work on the table and chairs is gorgeous and brings my home decor together perfectly. She and her husband also did hard work in helping me to repair our reclining sofa. I highly recommend them!

Ashley came to our home and worked quickly and diligently to recognize the problem and was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue and gave a very fair quote to remedy. We accepted her offer and she went to work right away! Her husband was her helper/sidekick. Within an hour our antique barrister bookcase was fixed! We recommend â  A Beautiful Mess Woodworking!â Â
