Much, much more than a hot water replacement- pls read on.... Well, Jack has returned bringing his dedicated crew of technicians, Dan & Alex. And I thank my lucky stars for them! Three years ago, I purchased the "Plumbing House O' Horrors". In the past 13 mo's, I have had 3 under-slab pipe breaks...big ones. Jack & Team have been here on the spot after each unfortunate & worried call I've made. And it's not only for the large jobs - updating my decades-old garbage disposal with a quiet & hungry new Badger. And replacing my old hot water heater a prior DIY'er installed - riddled with so many flagrant violations & a real "killer" in waiting. Now I have an AO Smith HW heater - installed professionally & CORRECTLY! You can trust & depend on Abel Plumbing, which is why I call them every time, for every need.

Jack and Dustin we very professional and serviced my water heater quickly and did great work.

My family was out of hot water during the COVID shutdown, Seven other area plumbers would not evening return my calls. Jack called back right away at 7 AM in the morning and said that a man cannot battle this without being able to have hot water to clean with. We work out a game plan to limit social encountering while at my house. 4 hours later my family was back in business. We cannot thank this man enough for helping my family and I out during a time when we needed it the most. Paid thru Pay Pal at a fair and honest price. He could have easily charged more for the rush job and given the risks of the government shutdown, however this was not the case. Jack cares for his customers and does the right thing.

From the first phone call, they were straight up with cost estimate and arrival for the job. Made several phone calls for estimates for replacing water heater and the other 3 companies either would not provide an estimate without a visit or required a cost for the rep to come out for an estimate. Of course, the cost would be deducted from the job...if they got the job. Otherwise, I would be outa luck. Abel Plumbing is the company I will be using in the future.

Scott showed up on time and took his time to make certain what the problem was and the best way to make the repair. I was so impressed with him, that we will be using him on our master bathroom makeover in the next few weeks!!! I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs or new work done!!

Very nice guy, found the problem

Scot arrived on time. The time was not sometime in the morning but a definite time. Fixed three plumbing problems quickly and the cost was as quoted.

They did a great job. They were very responsive, timely, quick and efficient. It took them about twice as long to drive here and back from their office, than it did to do the job itself.
