Do not hire this individual he wants payment before work, does not have appropriate tools to do work, had to use my tools to complete work, will use short cuts if you don't watch him. If I was Home Advisor I would take this company off your recommended list

My project was drywall repair and painting of an entire house along with some bathroom tile repair and re-caulking. James completed the work on schedule and it looks AWESOME. Will definitely use him for other future projects.

I explained my project, Chuck suggested an improvement on it which made sense and I agreed. I was a little apprehensive because he asked to be paid upfront initially. Since he was listed with Home Advisor I concurred and he followed through and efficiently completed the job in one day and gained my trust.
