I hired David Cuervo as my home inspector. Big mistake. His documentation was almost unreadable. A form that must have been photocopied hundreds of times and poor hand writing. He said I did not need a 4 point inspection and I did. He botched that inspection by not mentioning a dangerous electrical panel. Now after closing, I am having to replace it or the insurance company will cancel me. Will not accept any form of payment other than a check. Very unprofessional and out of date.
