I got a good service connecting with the plumbing company. This was an after-hours emergency. The repair person arrived in the evening within the estimated time. The cost of the repair was a bit pricey (hence the 4 stars) but the price was disclosed up front, so no surprises. I agreed to the price, the work was very well done and I am happy with the repair.

They came out gave estate. When they came out to do the work. They only wanted to do 1/2 the work they said they would.

Marcus was the pro that completed our kitchen faucet installation. He also resolved a leak were having under the kitchen sink. We would definitely use them again. UPDATE: I made the mistake of using Able again. The plumber worked on our garbage disposal. Unfortunately did not correct the problem and we had call another plumber. That same week we had them correct an issue we had with our shower. That plumber took the shower head with him. We tried to get it backed and the plumber stated he did not recall taking it. The manager did not call us when we reached out asking to have or shower head returned. We even let them know if they could just refund us $30 we would be fine with that. But they never returned our multiple messages. I guess the first experience was an exception. After our encounter with the other 2 plumbers, we wont use Able Mechanical again.

They bailed me out of water shutoff twice on a Friday afternoon and a Saturday. I really appreciated that kind of service.
