One Time Interior House Cleaning

Do not use this company If I could give zero stars I would. I hired this company a month before I needed them to do a one time move in cleaning. They walked with me through each room of the house as I explained what all I needed done. She made notes, then got back to me with their cost. She explained it would probably take 4 people all day to do the work. I hired Able Property Group to do the work. I did not hear anything from them as it got close to the day we needed them, so I contacted them. One person showed up then eventually two more people showed up. They worked half the day then left. When I asked why different things were not done, I was told because it would not come clean I walked over these areas and was able to wipe these uncleanable; areas with a wet paper towel. They charged me over $400 for a job that was not finished. When I contacted them, I was told that they would make it right and they needed to check their schedule. After following up with them 3 times, I charged my credit card back to try to get my money back. Able Property had the nerve to dispute and the money was given back to them. I have pictures of how disgusting the house was left! do not use these people unless you like giving your money away.

Able Property Group were excellent. They were prompt, efficient and did an excellent job. They performed a move in cleaning and really made my home shine. I'm looking forward to having them return once all the contracting work is complete. I highly recommend them!
