    Replaced the icemaker in my refrigerator With a new one But it still doesn't work. Asked him to come back out and he said he thought the system was frozen. I asked him to come out and check this and he didn't. He said I needed to defrost the entire refrigerator and then maybe it would work. He is supposed to be the expert not me but you can't assume this if you can't check to see if the line is actually frozen. Very disappointed. I will have to hire someone else to finish the job.

    The ice maker did not work. I replaced the ice maker with a new one. 2 days later she called me back and said the ice maker worked one time and stopped she said that possibly the water line could be frozen I said it was very possible I advised her to shut the refrigerator off when she can put her food into another refrigerator she said fine. Before doing the job she was told there might be more than one issue with the refrigerator not producing ice she was told the ice maker might not completely cure the issue she understand and the ticket wrote her signature showing she knows there might be another issue with the ice maker. She wrote this bad review making it look like I am the bad guy she knows there could be another issue. She wants to get someone else fine I have an outstanding reputation with my people I do my best for working alone I was very polite and professionally charged a reasonable price she agreed on and I always stand behind my work but there is nothing I can do if the customer will not give me a chance to come back or even update me on the repair but instead write a bad review I wish her the best of luck let someone else fix it if she does not want me back This is all I have to say There are 2 sides to every story and this is my side.

    Larry was communicative, efficient and on time. We can't evaluate his work because he determined that our dishwasher is dying. He wedged something under the motor to minimize the vibration and therefore the noise. Besides that he warned us about deficient replacement brands and then he moved on. The good - He didn't spend hours, and charge us for, working on a unit he deemed to be failing. The bad - I can't truly evaluate his repair skills
