Larry answered my Angie request almost immediately and came to diagnose the problem on that same day. He ordered the parts needed and within a week the parts were delivered to him and he came and completed the repair. It is very unusual these days to get such a fast response and closure. I highyly recommend Able Service.

Unfortunately, he was not able to repair the dryer. He looked it over very carefully and said it would cost more to repair it than to replace it. He advised us as to what type of dryer to get and also went online and showed us a picture of what he had in mind. I felt he was very professional and also very honest which is a compliment to him. He also came out on a Sunday afternoon and did not charge extra for it being Sunday. He advised me of his fee ahead of time for just coming out and I agreed to pay that. I would definitely hire him for any future repairs.

He gave me some great advice on my fridge. My fridge was done. It was not able to be repaired but he gave me some great advice on what to get. Also told me about some of my other appliances. He was very nice and respectful

Larry was very accommodating and friendly. Called me beforehand to say when he was arriving. He was prompt. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving which told me he really knows his business. Turns out my washer needed a new computer board ($300) plus labor to fix a continuously running drain My washer was only 3 years old! I chose not to have it fixed. Larry recommended that I call Amanda to find out if there was a recall and ask if there was something the company could do. I followed his suggestion. Lo and behold the Amanda has a technical service pointer (W11766193) that pays for the repair, parts and labor inclusive. WOW! Turns out Larry’s knowledge saved me a ton of money. His service fee was reasonable too. I’m very thankful for a honest technician who helps his customers. I recommend him to all my family, friends and neighbors. Larry came in the evening as I also work all day. Got my washer fixed. (I have clean work pants and sox!) The price was right and he was the most engaging and funny person I have met! Thank you Larry. I will call you if one of my pair needs service again. Cindy

He was here quickly and did everything he could to repair the issue with our stove.

He serviced my GE dryer that I've had for 15 months. He took dryer apart but was unable to diagnose exactly why it stopped working. Stated it could be the heating element or the electronic control board. It would cost more to repair it than what I paid for this unit. He is very knowledgeable. I appreciate his honesty. This is the second time Larry has done repairs for us, and once again he provided outstanding service. He came the very next day after we contacted him, quickly diagnosed the problem with our oven, and fixed it without needing to replace any parts. Able Service Co. South responded to my inquiry immediately and actually was able to repair my dryer the same day! The cost was very reasonable. I was surprised because my dryer is 20 years old and I was afraid I would have to buy a new one. Larry is very personable and a pleasure to do business with.
