With the exception of one of the movers, these guys were friendly, careful with my property, and didn't waste time. They were as interested in getting me moved quickly, as I was.

Great job, efficient and answered questions thoroughly.

Estimate was off, twice! First estimate was under bid, agreed to split difference with second estimate, and that was off as well. The company did take care of all the items that I needed addressed. Tried to hire Able Services for more services, but they don't return calls, or need the business. Left 5 messages, and none have been returned. Will not recommend.

Perfect company, very good experts and professionals, outstanding customer service.

Was a little off on the estamate on the materials needed for the landscaping job, other then that everything was ok

In setting up the service and it discussing the issues with it, they were very courteous and helpful. However the work done was unsatifactory and they had to send someone else the next day to redo it. I appreciated their willingness to remedy the situation but I wouldn't use them again because I want things done right the first time around.

We have selected Able Maids. I received positive feedback from the contact person who met with us. The work is not yet done, but scheduled. Will rate when completed.

Initial meeting was great and sold the business. When the crew came out the first day the impression was onsite first thing, actually showed up close to 10AM. Had to "referee" dispute between two workers. Lost three hours on day two due to ineffective carpet cleaner, which caused me to miss an evening appointment. Oven was not wiped clean, even though oven cleaner was applied.

Service was performed as described, Overall a great experience so far.
