Really liked the communication from them. Feel like some of the vents weren’t as clean as they could’ve been. Weren’t very careful with some of the vents and we had to repair drywall in two places. I didn’t raise the issue with them so I can’t comment, but they did show me that it happened.

I haven't had the ductwork and dryer vents cleaned since I moved into this home. Joe and his team returned my call within minutes of my inquiry, thoroughly explained the services and pricing available, and scheduled my appt. for the following week. He showed up on time and did the work all while explaining step-by-step what he was doing. I plan to have him out again this fall to clean my carpets.
