I was moving into a home and on a tight time schedule with movers. While there was LVT in most of the home, 2 rooms and closets had carpet. Not only did Above All Floors have the exact match to the existing LVT in the home, but the install technicians worked to meet my tight schedule and did an excellent job for an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely use them again as I plan to ultimately replace the LVT that came in the home with laminate.

Hire this company without hesitation! The go to person is Connie, she goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy! Ask Connie you want Juan if he is available! He is very hard working and respectful. The whole experience from tile floor to vinyl floor was done with great care! I even made a great friend in Stephen Hyde the operations manager! The whole team at Above all Floors is awesome!

I hired this company to replace carpet in 3 bedrooms. They showed up on time, did the work professionally and cleaned up after themselves. The carper is great quality and it looks really nice. I'd hire this company again! Very pleased.

I believe the owner of the company, Francisco Cornejo, may have built up his business since 1953...but now Ms. Connie Cleary is running the flooring installations and that's who I've dealt with. I wanted to speak with Mr. Cornejo about the issues I've had with ABOVE ALL FLOORS , before registering a complaint, but I've not been able to locate a contact number for him. My carpeting installation is poorly done, and the installers did actual damage in my home. Ms. Cleary wanted to come out, herself, to make repairs with "another of her installers" and I've assured her that based on what she and her workmen did already...I was not willing to allow her to patch and repair in my home. She already was out "taking pictures" a few weeks ago of the damages. I don't accept her solution to the issues and I've asked by emails, texts etc. for a financial settlement but I've not heard back from her at all: doors removed for carpet install were left un re-installed and the wood moldings are damaged, a workman knocked a collector's bottle off the shelf in my kitchen and broke it damaging my tile floor, corners etc look unfinished as if a dull tool was used, my new paint on walls and bannisters got damaged, the carpet's coming up on the steps, so many staples were used that they're popping off and we're stepping on them, nails are popping through and seams are extremely obvious. These are just SOME of the problems. I have pictures that I will gladly supply to anyone wanting to see them. This company does NOT HAVE their own good and well-trained installers but they "borrow them" from another business. Ms. Cleary states that ABOVE ALL FLOORS beats even LOWES and HOME DEPOT prices....of course, they do shoddy work! It took TWO workmen 40 MANHOURS to install laminate flooring on 2 SMALL bathroom floors and a very small laundry area! I'm 72 years old, I certainly didn't need any of the stress that this company caused me.
