Richard and the team are professional, knowledgeable, and very patient, especially after my many questions regarding the process to be performed. I had many iguanas on my terrace, around the pool and in my garden. Diuring the last 2 months, we tried liquid pest killer and it was effective only for few days. We also tried iguana repellent granules, and it was not effective. The contractor started killing them with a pellet gun: 5 killed on the first visit; 7 killed on the second visit; 8 killed on the third visit for a total of 20. We have less iguanas now, and I hope for the future if we keep killing them. Richard is a very good shooter. Richard seems to be a generous person. We had a large nest of bees in front of the house and my son asked Richard if he could do something about it. Richard took care of the problem and did not want to charge me because of our iguana contract, but I refused and paid him. Richard missed some appointments, make sure that he keeps them and you will be happy with him. Maurice L.

The two men Anthony and Richard were very professional , polite and nice came out right away and to tend to the customer needs they were very personable and willing to cater to the customer I would recommend this company to my friends and family

These guys were so great! Super friendly, and did a wonderful job. they relocated the pigeons that were on my balcony, removed the nest, and cleaned and sanitized all of it. Definitely recommend.

Richard kept the first appointment and swiftly got to work recommending liquid treatments for termites. After two weeks there were still indications of termites present. He then offered to tent. He promised to provide bags to prepare for tenting but denied that he would provide same when it was scheduled. His customer service is very unprofessional.

Prompt and Friendly

Did a through initial inspection including inside the attic. Was never in a hurry. Returned for the treatment on time and completed the termite treatment in an efficient and timely fashion. Will return when bad wood is replace to treat the new wood. Saved me thousands of $ over a tenting job, of course, time will tell if the treatment was truly effective.
