I hired Above All... to power wash and stain a fence. The power wash went fine and that portion of the job was done promptly and thoroughly. THIS part of the job was clearly within their capabilities. The fence staining however took longer than expected and the overall quality left something to be desired (portions of the fence were left unstained, painting materials were left for me to dispose of, and parts of the fence were not adequately repaired). I got the feeling that the staining portion of the job was more than they were prepared to handle (scheduling/logistical/equipment wise). SO, where the staining was concerned: job performance was adequate, but not excellent; and if you are going to hire them, consider staying within their wheelhouse. As long as you do that, I do not think that you will be disappointed.

The power washing was o.k. but the window cleaning was great. It was a very hot day and my client wanted the a/c off so the poor guys worked in a hot house, but no complaining and a great job, have to look twice to make sure the window is still there.

They do a great job and considering hiring them on a quarterly plan to keep my windows clean inside and out.

The guys were very late for the appt. Then, I found that they were actually subcontractors to Above All, and said that Above All was overly busy just then. But they got to work fast, and did a very thorough and good job!

The work was to replace the screens in10 windows. The contractor selected the time and date for an estimate but didn't show up. He called the next day and setup a new time and did show up. We agreed on a price to replace 7 screens and provide "sun screens" on 3 windows. They removed the screens for the 7 windows and returned the next day to reinstall them. One of the screens was installed so tight there were 1/4 inch gaps without screen coverage on the sides. They took that screen back and reinstalled the screen so it fit the window. When it came time to install the "sun screens" the installer wasn't prepared with the proper screws or hold down clips. There are 2 windows the same size and on one window he used 6 clips and on the other he used 8 clips and on all windows he used 2 different types of clips (plastic and metal) and 2 different types of screws (drywall screws and pan head screws)... it looks weird. The sun screens do, however, block the sun very nicely. I contacted the owner and told him I wasn't happy with the Sun Screen installation and asked him to come by and see the install. He said he would but here we are a week later and he is a no show so far. Should never had paid my bill.

She called immediately, provided the work in a timely manner . They missed a couple of windows and went back to complete in a few days. Interior clean of a vacant home and windows. I loaned them my power washer to power wash the exterior.

They had to do it twice, the first time water spots and smoodgies remained. Called and they came back and redid the windows and did beautifully. Also did rain gutters, and 2 screens that needed to be repaired fair priced and courteous.

Very professional and polite. Returned calls promptly, showed up on time, worked diligently the entire time, proficient in work. Informative. Followed up as requested. Fit me in on very short notice. Very happy with owner, helper, and the entire job.
