Great job for the $$. Good job cleaning the tile surface overall but not so much for the grout. Inconsistent cleaning with the equipment used and unable to reach some of the dirty areas. Having said that, I would use the service again.

Neil was quick to respond and great communication and showed up on time. The tile he cleaned look great. And he did a good job with changing my grout color. He was also very clear with what he could and couldn't do. Very easy to work with.
