He left the job before was completed, scheduled a time to come back and never showed. I have attempted several times to call him and he has not return my calls.

Mark was active in his communication with me from beginning to end. Since I have a tile roof, he explained exactly how it would be treated, showing me the equipment that would be used. It is important to me that the person who owns the business does the work too. Mark took pride in his work and he and Alex worked (even in the down pours!) I will definitely hire him again and have already mentioned his business to me next door neighbor who also has a tile roof.

Mark Ashley is very unprofessional. When i was first looking to hiring contractors, i used HomeAdvisor and sent our details. I immediately got a call from him and he quickly went to my place to do an estimate. He said he was gonna send me all the quotes via email. 6 days later (after sending him 3 follow ups) he replied. Setting a date and time with him is easy if he is prompt with his replies. But thats not the case. Ive been very patient with and was being understanding as he said he went through an accident. So that weekend came and he delivered half of the jobs(2nd half is scheduled for the weekend after) we agreed upon as promised. He requested cash payment when i gave him a check for the agreed amount for the first half of the job. I didn't think it was a problem so we went ahead and got money from the atm and got cash. So the next weekend came and never got a single message from him if he's coming or not. Texted and called him but dodges all of it. Then i realized that the cash left with us from the withdrawal has been missing. I don't know if he took it our not but he?s been acting weird and i have no other suspects to blame. All in all, my experience with him is not very good. If you guys want a headache, then maybe you should try him.

First off, Mark responded to our request for service within 24 hours. I was pleased to receive a call back so quickly. My initial impression after our first phone call was that he was definitely a caring subject matter expert on the exterior care of our home. He helped guide me through my decision making process of the best route to go for the best care for our home. My biggest need was the restoration of our deck. He sanded and applied three coats of quality stain. He and his team of two other employees did a very good job. He was able to work me into his schedule just a few days after I received my bid. We are definitely going to go with Above and Beyond for roof service and whole house pressure washing/cleaning as well. I most definitely recommend him to you!

Make sure you discuss time issues, especially stop and start times. Coming at 9:00, leaving by 9:30 to go for materials, returning by 11:00, working until 6:00, returning at 7:00 to complete by 9:00. This didn't make us very happy. Also there were way too many phone call interruptions lasting 30 min. or more. Work ethic needs to be improved upon.

He was very punctual, which means a lot to me. He finished ahead of schedule and he was even able to do a little more than i asked him to do
