The cleaning service we received a few days ago was less than adequate. There was a major breakdown in communication between Jesse and the team that came to our home. They were instructed to clean anything we wanted within a 2-hour time frame and instead showed up stating they could only clean surfaces. I paid $75 per hour for someone to mop my floors and wipe the counters. I am greatly disappointed a company does business like this. Above and Beyond cleaning lacks competency and work ethics!

They were thorough and careful and did a great job. I would highly recommend.

I specifically asked for a quote for move in/out house cleaning. I was given a quote for almost $500 and a few items were listed that were specifically to be cleaned. After they were done there were toilets not cleaned, fans missed, dirt in the corners and cabinets not wiped along with vents missed. Plus a ton of stuff that should have been included in a move in ready cleaning was not done. They came back out the next week and touched up a few things but house is far from move in ready. Jesse while very nice stated that those other items like walls, oven, behind fridge, windows and such are extra. If you use them, make sure you list EVERYTHING that you want done because asking for the house to be move-in ready is definitely not enough. Very disappointing!

A bit pricey but they did a good job.

I have never been so disappointed. I agreed to a $160 limit to clean my house for marketing purposes and after a different issue arose I discovered they had only been there for 70 minutes and only cleaned two bathrooms. They didn't even touch the 3rd bath and there was dirt everywhere so a broom was never picked up and of course no mopping. Jessie was very nice about it and they returned $60, however, given that only 2 bathrooms were cleaned in a vacant house, this is really pricy and not what we agreed on. I literally feel like this was stolen money as they would have collected the $60 for 2 bathrooms had I not found out the length of time they were in the house. I had to go back and do the cleaning myself!

They are on time. If they r running late , they call. They r quick.

I have never seem my NINE glass sliders looking that good in the 29 years I'm here. My refrig and big bottom freezer were scrubbed inside and out and everything replaced so well! These are jobs that at the age of 93 I can no longer do and the price is great! Perfect for people in my circumstances.

They are willing to do what you need to have done. They are definitely reasonable. Easy to speak with and explain things to. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Work was not done. The woker was nice and curteous but the cleaning job was dissapointing to say the least.

Windows were cleaned really well, I would recommend this service without hesitation.
