Paid 10K for them to paint the interior & exterior of my home. What a Colossal Mistake! I left this guy & his crew in my home alone for 2 weeks and it was a complete joke!! No prep work on walls, broke every sing door lock in the house, didn't paint any of the pot shelves, any where where it was hard to see they skipped painting all together, I had one piece of furniture in the home and they left it outside and it got ruined, stucco crack repair, What a joke!! all cracks are back and Dan was just full of excuses and never showed back up to repair. He gives a so called 25 year warranty with his top shelf paints? Once again! What a joke!! I have tons of pics but there is just to much to load. And on the exterior they even painted over a birds nest instead of removing it!! Over spray everywhere and to top it all off they cleaned there paint brushes in my kitchen sink and and just let the old paint dry in the sink. $10,000 cash I paid for this work!!!!!

I highly recommend this company. Brian and Mary Lou were professional, friendly and courteous. They went above and beyond and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier.

Initially, the owner of the company cam to my home to make an estimate. I already had the material needed. He appeared very excited and said all the work they would do as far as what I was asking for. His promises stated, "Oh, they'll do a great job," which was much more detailed than actual work performed. It appears, from fb, that most people had excellent experiences with them. I'm sorry I didn't. The basic message to the painters received was paint, restore holes and finish laminate quarter round. The price they gave was decent. The bedroom looked good. But, the painter didn't do the doors or baseboard. They used nothing but thick paper taped to the wall to stop any paint spills. Therefor, there where paint spots and dots everywhere in every room. I had this work done because I was in the process of selling my home. The young man did a great job on the quarter round. He even made it work without me having the exact amount necessary. His other tasks were to finish the hole patches (fill, paint and use wall texture for matching wall type.) The owner ordered the wrong color of paint. Though told by his partner at my home that it was the wrong color, the young man continued to do the whole job. He used nothing to protect the floor. Again, splatter, splatter, splatter. The way he painted after finishing his previous steps where way out of spectrum. For small holes he painted wayyyyyy to much, which made the job look worse. It was a slap on, no matter how much overdose of paint, job. He also missed many, many spots. The painter had to come back the next day. He worked his butt off! He finished painting my room and then all the other mistakes throughout the house plus. We both walked through every room 3x's to check for anything missed. So he was very dedicated in his efforts. Still, we BOTH missed some spots. We both agreed, the rest of my home should have been repainted entirely without cost because of the amount of errors. However, I did not call back. This was my mistake. I went around the home and finished off the rest of the missing fixes. The paint color differences can still be seen, but less clearly.

We really enjoyed working with Dan and his team. Very professional. They kept us informed of everything thing they did because we could not be out at the house everyday.

Accomplished the job as scheduled, on budget. Were great to work with in scheduling, product choice, quality application and cleanup.

The whole crew was fantastic! Dan came to do the estimate within a day and was here two days later to start the job. The entire crew involved was not only professional, but also provided an enjoyable experience. The painting of my cabinets was completed within 4 very reasonable days, and the bathroom and laundry room were left spotless. Very well done, y'all! You've got my recommendation.

The following represents my experience with Above Standard Custom Painting, LLC from start to finish: 1) Owner arrived to provide exterior home painting estimate on time. 2) Estimate was professional/legible with all applicable charges listed individually with cost. 3) Owner personally pressure washed the exterior on a Saturday. 4) Crew of 4 employees arrived early Monday morning. 5) Crew members were very friendly and professional and explained the painting process in detail moving forward. 6) Surface preparation/primer application was completed on Monday. 7) Crew of 4 employees arrived early Tuesday morning. 8) The majority of the exterior painting was completed using 3 paint colors. 9) Crew of 4 employees arrived early Wednesday morning. 10) Home painting was completed and owner performed final inspection. 11) All debris was removed from premises and areas were left extremely clean. 12) Crew members were very proud of their work and were very much looking forward to the next scheduled project. I have worked with hundreds of contractors within my life and Above Standard Custom Painting, LLC far exceeded all of my expectations and requests. I will hire them for all my future painting projects.
