Overall, the services rendered was good; even though, I believe a misunderstanding of a price quote for cleaning windows occurred, I paid the amount asked. However, I attempted to re-schedule, I left more than (5) voicemail messages and as of today, "NO" return call received. If this company is not interested in my business or their schedule can't support additional clients, the right and professional response would be to at least return the call.

"We cleaned her the first time and she scheduled for a second clean. We called to tell her the time we were coming the night before for the second clean. When we arrived she asked us if we could come back the next week she did not want cleaned that day. We called the following week to tell her arrival time but when we got there she said she did not want to be cleaned again and could we come the following week. We were not going to go there a third time to be sent away. The first clean she tried to say she was told we would clean all her windows for $10. I don't know anyone who would clean a whole house of windows for $10."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired this company to clean my home prior to listing it on the market. I had to drive two and a half hours from out of town to meet them for the appointment, as Id already moved. I had to line up babysitting for this. I waited for over an hour after the projected arrival time, no one came or called. An hour and 15 minutes later, they called to let me know they were running late. By that time, had they performed the job, I would have arrived back home in the middle of the night with my children. POOR communication and customer is not a priority.

"She did not want it done until the afternoon because of the long drive. We were supposed to be there between 1:00 and 2:00. I called her at 2:00 to tell her we were on our way. She never answered the phone. We arrived at 2:20 and no one was there. We called (no answer) and waited until 3:00 and then left. We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused her."

Wow, we cannot believe how spectacular our house looks. And not only that, but the women that came were very friendly and the services were very fairly priced. For our first visit, they spent 5 hours cleaning and our house looks better than when we moved in. Moving forward it will not take nearly as long as they’ll just be maintaining.

I truly appreciate Danielle coming out to the property and giving me a free estimate for the initial cleaning. What I appreciated MORE is the estimate she gave for bi-weekly AND monthly cleaning as well! The house was in desperate need of cleaning because the seller was not the best housekeeper. Danielle was very understanding of my crazy schedule and the specific additional items that I wanted cleaned (basement walls wiped down with bleach and inside the appliances) and took care of everything. The place is finally move-in ready.

I am very, very pleased with Above the Norm. After the first cleaning, I scheduled them for regular biweekly cleaning. I have some specific time requirements which my former cleaning service (Maid with Care) was unwilling or unable to honor. Above the Norm calls me the day before with their expected arrival time and they arrive as promised. I would heartily recommend them.

I was in the hospital and needed my main floor cleaned and dusted before I arrived home. I just got in today and my home was wonderfully cleaned from top to bottom. It smelled like Murphy's Oil soap and I am very happy!
