    I called Above the Rest / Omar to install a dishwasher I had purchased. We agreed to a 12-4 window to be home to perform the work. I had a work meeting from 9:30-11:30 and I work about 20 minutes from my house. We are not allowed to have cell phones in our meetings and as I got back to my office to grab my phone and head home at 11:30 I found Omar had been blowing up my phone since 10 asking if he could come early. I immediately responded via text that I would be home at 12 as we had agreed upon. As I was driving home I tried calling him to discuss the miscommunication but he did not answer. I texted him again at noon once I got home. No response. I tried calling at 2:30 and left him a voicemail. No response. So in the end I took half a day off work to have him no show / ghost because I was not available two hours before our scheduled window. If he had asked for a window from 10-4 I would have told him I was not available until 12. I understand wanting to start early if I was available but completely ignoring me and then refusing to communicate is extremely childish and unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend.

    We hired above the rest to repair a washing machine which they did and then it broke again less than 60 days later. They had to make a three hour window and said they would call 30 minutes before they were coming which they did not. Then they say they were at the apartment. I said I will be there in 15 minutes, apparently 15 minutes was too long to wait they would not answer the phone or respond to anything after that terrible customer service and obviously the workmanship is subpar

    completely false review. I have everything in writing via texts. He was given a window of 3-6pm. I texted him 30 min before arrival and still he wasn't home. Instead of being sorry that he didn't follow simple instructions, he started getting aggressive an now these lies without any facts. Initial repair had nothing to do with this current issue. Washer has over 1200 parts that can go wrong and just because you fixed one doesn't mean washer is fixed forever.

    I received a call from ATR and I told them that my dishwasher was leaking water. He diagnosed the problem and said he could have it repaired that day, if he could get the part. He called again to say he had the part, and gave me the price for the repair. He scheduled a technician to come that afternoon. Freddy, arrived on time, and set to work. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and replaced the inlet valve with no difficulty. I was impressed with this companys response from start to finish.
