Been having issues with high humidity despite having newer central air. These guys were great. They are resolving my issue. Not only did the tech and sales rep come but the owner came to work with solutions. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Rented a place in Rehoboth. The zone 2 AC unexpectedly stopped working on Monday. The landlord could not get a tech in until 10 am Thursday. On Wednesday, I took matters into my own hands and went to Homadvisor to find Above and Beyond. They came within an hour. They were back the following day with a new motor and fixed the system. Above and Beyond saved my family's vacation.

After being told my central air unit needed replacing by another HVAC company which also sold me R-22, which I didn't think was needed or part of the problem. I decided to get a second opinion and I'm glad I did. I called Above and Beyond and their tech took the time to diagnose my unit and found the only problem I had was a faulty relay that was turning on my back up heat while my house was cooling. They saved me from buying another system. There are some honest services left out here. Just think, I had a service contract with the other company. I appreciate what Above and Beyond did for me. I will be using them in the future.

Above & Beyond responded to my initial request through HomeAdvisor within 10 minutes (the next contractor didn't call for over an hour and acted as if I was intruding on his day while GL was thoughtful, answered and ASKED questions that gave me a level of comfort with his experience and he extended my HVAC warranty from 5 to 10 years on the first visit simply by checking and registering when the builder didn't. Their team is extremely responsive and much more reasonably priced compared to previous contractors I've used at various properties.
