Above and Beyond Lawn Maintenance, LLC

I am very disappointed in Above and Beyond Lawn Maintenance. Since hiring them, I have routinely had to call to ascertain when my yard was going to be maintained. Their actual performance, when they came, was acceptable, not great. The service was supposed to have included weed control and fertilization. No weed control or fertilizer applications were performed since their hire in July, even though I paid an invoice for both July and August that had pro-rated weed control and fertilizer included. The final straw was receiving a notice that, effectively immediately, they are dropping me as a customer.

They contacted me right away. Came out with an estimate as soon as they could and they were very reasonable compared to others we saw. They have came out once thus far and did a very good job.

Our project is on going but so far we have had a good experience. They have been very professional in getting estimates and services done in a timely manner. We have signed on to several of their services so far and plan to do more in the future

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the work that Above & Beyond did. The crew showed up on time, cleaned everything up and were very pleasant to deal with. Carol Ann was very prompt and they were quick to come out and give me an estimate & they were very fair in their pricing. I will DEFINITELY used them again & I will refer them to ALL of my friends. Enjoyed working with this group of young men but I was disappointed in their work. I think I had more than they had time to do so I only worked them for the month of June.
