Was able to come to our home when everyone else was too busy to fit us in. Treated the wasp nests we pointed out for him (except the one along the roof line), but did no examination on his own to try and locate other nests. The nest along the roof line continues to be active. We will be looking for someone who will go up on the roof to treat. He also started talking about under estimating how many we have and so his price quote was too low! He did not, however, increase the price from the one quoted; just made us feel uncomfortable.

Mice problem was taken care of easily. Pro was in and out within a hour.

They called me before I could call them

Mike was very thorough. We had tons of spider webs in our entryway, the second most he ever saw. Before the spray they'd stay gone for less than an hour. So far it's been a week. In addition to spraying them he also removed the webs from the exterior.

Mike was very knowledgeable and personable. Did not try to up-sell me for any other services. Was on time and did a thorough job. Very satisfied!

I work at Volunteers of America RRC in Minneapolis. Mike and Matt have treated our facility for multiple different issues and we are always satisfied with there work. These two are some of the best technicians out there in the field, and are very professional and personable. We were previously going through Plunketts and after working with these two, will definitely be switching to Abra Kadabra. If your looking for great service done right the first time, I would highly recommend this company.

Matt was attentive to inquiries, timely for our appointment, very thorough during application of the product, and reassuring about the results. I've seen lots of dead ants since he was here, so I know the product works. There is a six-month warranty if I see new ants, so that is definitely reassuring. He also plans to return soon to apply product to the outside of the house, too.

We are pleased with the service and the explanations given by the worker. The work i guaranteed, and if we should need a return visit, there will be no charge.

We needed to have a wasp nest taken care of in a timely manner. The service tech explained what needed to be done and safety precautions. Also, we were able to have the job completed the very next day after we called.

The service tech was polite and thorough in his review of the situation and provided a quality service at what I thought was a fair price.
