Five stars all the way for Abraham A/C Service. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I knew I was in good hands. They were the third company to come out and give me an estimate on my a/c unit and I am beyond relieved to say third time is the charm. I was immediately at ease when I called to make the appointment and when the service man came to my door. They are honest, professional, and have amazing customer service skills that seem to be non existent these days. I did not feel I was getting over charged, taken advantage of, or made to feel stupid for asking questions regarding the work. You won't be disappointed in choosing this company for any of your A/C services

If you need a repair on your A/C. you should call Abraham A/C. They are a wonderful company who does exactly what they say they will do. Upon calling them, Claudia cheerfully told me how their company would help. Each time I called I was able to speak to her and get a straight answer. All of the work was documented and done correctly. I would definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone who needs service on their A/C

I also can't say enough good things about Claudia the office manager. She is congenial, highly professional and coordinates all aspects of the technicians work schedules. Adam and Claudia were so pleasant to work with. We needed an electrician before the AC unit could be installed and Adam recommended a licensed electrician to do the job. The installation went smoothly without any problems and we couldn't be happier. The installation guys went above and beyond to remedy some unforeseen issues before putting the AC unit in place. Bottom line is that everyone working on this job exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs AC work done. We will use them again for sure!

Make sure you talk to Claudia at Abraham A/C. She will make sure that you will get a white glove service. This is one of the things that one should not do experiments looking at Youtube videos. Abraham A/C did a compete ac and new duct job for me over a year ago. From the initial install it has been a nightmare. Not only was the job poorly done I now have a mold issue in my house due the work performed. The ducts are coming apart In the attic and creating condensation that is sitting on my ceiling molding. My A/C was oversized and still to this day don’t know why I was sold that unit. Very horrible experience working with Abraham ac. Adam knew he did a shoddy job. He did make several attempts to rectify the issue even hiring outside workers. But putting band-aids on the original install only bought him enough time to get past warranty and left me stuck with a 10k job that I will have to be redone again. I can deal with having to redo A/C. But putting family in the situation that I have now with the mold issue pains me. Adam is a great salesman but his work does not even come close to backing it up.

The service was very good. The price was a little steep. But the work had to get done so i paid. I probably wont use them again if the price dosen't come down. $450.00 for a fan motor that took 15 minutes to install.

Extremely quick reponse to call. Both Technician and customer service kept in constant communication with me during the diagnosis of the repair, the actual repair, and the follow up.

Everyelse tried to sell me a new system, Abraham a/c came and fixed mine, For a totaly new System there price was $1,300 less then any one else, & for a 3 ton unit not a 2.5 ton

I called them for an emergency, the problem was a burned wire on the compressor connection, they proposed to add a booster (big capacitor) to avoid the problem for $200 (call, repair, and capacitor), but they suggested, without pushing, to install a new 2 ton unit (the compressor outside the house) for $850, or $925 including freon filters too. My unit was 6/7 years old and I decided to go for a new one. They also gave me the capacitor and a simple digital thermostat for free. I don`t know if this was a good deal - I hope so, but the service was good and they did a good job.

Adam was good about calling and being on time. He kept us from spending money where it wasn't needed and gave us some good long term recommendations.
