"Jane has never contacted me after the work was completed. If she had I would have fixed any problems immediately. She has not contacted me by phone or email. I even sent her emails and left voice mail messages for her to contact me after she left her review because that was the first time I knew anything about it and she still hasn't contacted me. My number one objective is to always respond immediately to any of my customers problems without hesitation. I never want to have a dissatisfied customer and will do anything in my power to keep them happy. It was very unfair for Jane to lie and say that she had contacted me in any way."
