I am SO thankful for Carlos! He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to make it out on the same day I called while other companies said it would be a week. Thank you Carlos!!!

DO NOT HIRE HIM! He took my $2K deposit in January 20 towards a new HVAC installation and NEVER started the installation. He would tell me a start date and NEVER showed up. Lied through his teeth. Looked him up and he has NUMEROUS Warrant In Debt cases against him in different VA cities district courts - Newport News, Williamsburg, Va. Beach, etc.

DO NOT HIRE CARLOS!!! I hired him to complete a few small repair jobs around my house and install a ceiling fan. He stated he would secure supplies for the repairs and I should buy the fan of my choice. He said he would include the materials in his estimate. He came to my house with no supplies and late. He did install the fan well, so I gave him $100 to go secure supplies and he uninstalled my window sill so he could use it as an example and match it at a lumber store. We scheduled another appointment for him to come back. He?s missed 2 appointments to come back. On a third attempt (on a Saturday) he was 4 hours late. He came in did a very subpar job. He didn?t paint a wall repair and the stain he used for a wood project didn?t match the other window sills. Now I will have to secure another contractor and have to replace the window sill that Carlos took. AVOID HIM AT ALL COST!!!

Yes I believe that this guy did an excellent job.

DO NOT HIRE CARLOS!!!! We hired him to perform various project such as drywall repair, repair of exterior siding, and replace 2 windows. The original plan was to purchase the materials myself, however, the following week, he calls me and says that he has extra time, as one of his jobs were canceled, and wanted me to cashapp $500 to him. Against my better judgement, and because of our tight timeline, I did so. We originally scheduled the repairs to be done on Friday morning, so on Thursday, we tried calling and texting him with no response. Friday morning came, and no Carlos. After several attempts to contact him, he finally answered his phone and said that he would be at our home between 9:30-10am! Finally, around 10:30, Carlos sent another worker to our home.... Long story short, it s 7pm, and we never heard from Carlos. The windows that he was paid to replace, are boarded up, and now we have to hire a reputable handyman, and on top of all of that, have to file a police report on this crook. DO NOT HIRE THIS DUDE TO WALK YOUR DOG!!! HE IS A CROOK

He called right away, came over the next day did the work right away, I'm totally satisfied with the service. I will call him again if I have any repairs that need to be done.

Carlos and his team is a jack of all trades. He was able to fix all the problems that came out of buyers home inspection. From Roof, Exterior rotting wood, inside painting (kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom), electrical panel oxidation and some attic issues with a trust. We discussed exactly how to plan, proceed and execute. Also, Carlos explained what probably should be done to be able to sell the house at expedited fashion. I would recommend Carlos to anyone that is in the 757. Thanks again Carlos and Cesar !

After no response from Bogart's who stated I'd receive my estimate via e mail, I reached out to Abreu (Carlos), through HomeAdvisor and he estimated and completed work within 2 days.
