It took them a little longer than anticipated but it was due to weather and having more roots in the yard than anticipated. They did a great job!

Hired Josh Absher to replace and install roof exhaust fans and a roof vent. Josh ordered the needed supplies from a very known company, we picked everything up and Josh came the next day. He worked (with a helper) all day placing the fans and roof vent (without finishing any of the installations). Josh removed the old roof vent, placed the new roof vent, covered it with plastic (because he still needed to build the frame). The fans were not adjusted properly, they run all the time and vibrate terribly. Josh asked for $$$ to buy a can of paint saying he would return to finish the job the next day. We gave him $100 cash. That was 10 days ago... Josh has not returned (even to pick up a few tools that he left behind), nor has he contacted us to tell us when he will return. We called his cell phone, which he does not answer. Sent him emails and texts, which he does not answer. I would rather have my old vents and fans that have a contractor start a project (involving the roof) and then leave the job unfinished. We have had to find someone to finish his work before we end up with ceiling damage due to rain and leaking water. I am very sorry we ever hired Josh Absher.

He did our wood floors instead of deck. The quoted price was great. His ability to put the floors in was fine, HOWEVER, his time management, attention to detail, punctuality, and finishing work was terrible. He worked in our house as if it was a new build, not a house that people lived in. He damaged one of our closet doors, marked up our walls in all rooms and hallway. Our closet doors were covered in black hand prints. He didn't clean ANYTHING up nor dispose of materials outside. His wife painted for him and spilled paint on the floors they just laid, though it was cleaned, you can still see it. The reason is because they were rushing through the job at the end, mismanagement of time. I wouldn't use again. I would rather pay more with someone else.

They were very professional and prompt. The work they did was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone needing a fence or a project done around the house.
