"We've cleaned this client's home many times over the years. She kept hiring us, calling as needed. She texted me asking for her usual cleaner on a specific date. I said she had only Mon and Wed open this week. She asked to speak to Jessica directly. I said she was working. The client said I was "unprofessional," "outdated," and "You guys work for us! We don't work for you! We pay you." I said she was an entitled idiot. I shouldn't have lost my temper regardless of the client's rude behavior."
