After taking almost 2 months, to complete the work it is not satisfactory, I've manager called Shelly the office manager on Nov. 18th leaving a message, after no response I called Mr. Lutes on Dec.3rd he said he would need to schedule an appointment, as of Jan.22nd I have had NO communication from either of them, there are leaks in the connections and there are issues with the heating system not keeping up to the desired temperature and at a cost more than what he initially quoted I'm to say the least NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER, and has yet to give me an itemized bill of his work.- UPDATE: He has since returned to address the problems only.

They came the same day we called them to come look. They gave us a great deal on a new furnace when our old one couldn't be fixed. We also had our breaker box replaced which they did awesome with, however the price was different than quoted. We would use them again though.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
Chris was very professional and showed up at the appointment right on time. The estimate he quoted was right about what I thought it was going to cost. The total price exceeded the quote but that was because we had a part replaced that was still good per Chris but since the part was 15 years old we decided to avoid any future problems and had him replace it anyway. It took him a little over 4 hours to complete the repair but my air/heat pump was put back in factory condition and according to Chris should not give us any problems for years to come. Good job!

Chris is a pleasant and knowledgable person. Chris was able to readily solve my AC issues as well as identify problems with current system. Thanks to Chris the entire upstairs is finally cool. Shelley, his office manager was also pleasant to work with. Would recommend AbsoLutes for all appliance and HVAC needs and repairs.

I was in the middle of upgrading my thermostat myself when I realized something was wrong with my wiring. I tried to switch back to my old thermostat but it wasn't getting power and the house was getting pretty warm. I figured I must have blown a fuse, but not having the experience with that work, I googled Peoria Thermostat Install. Home Advisor was the first link and asked me a few questions. Within a couple of minutes, Chris from AbsoLutes called me and asked a couple more questions. He arrived within the hour and quickly made the repairs and finished installing my new thermostat. Professional, easy to work with, and very fast. Charged for 1 hour labor plus the replacement fuse was about $70, which I thought was very fair for the quick weekend response time. I plan to call him back if I have any more appliance issues!

Be careful. The service guy charges for a service fee and an hourly fee. Also parts were only 20 online but he charged 80 also charged 10.00 for running a credit card

"I am sorry if you feel as though I did you wrong Jennifer. I told you that I charge $35 to diagnose the problem. Then $65 per hour to make repairs. The service is the diagnosis. I have done research by making calls to other companies. A lot of those company charges so much just to drive to your residence. I have no hidden charges, I was very clear about everything I did. When I went to your residence, you had no air conditioning, When I left you had your Air conditioner working. I make it a priority, to make every customer happy. You appeared happy before I left. Chris is FANTASTIC! Very impressed with his work, but more important his response time!!! NO OTHER heating or air people come close to Chris at AbsoLutes. You can call or text anytime and get a reply really fast and when he came out to inspect my system... he gave me options NO PRESSURE!!! Price was better than most and the product is AMAZING!! My house cools in a fraction of the time and is much quieter than my previous system - which was not that old. I would highly recommend AbsoLutes to anyone needing repair or replacement... we planned on a new AC but after discussing with Chris we replaced our furnace and Air.. again way better than expected and extremely courteous and professional all along the way!! Thanks Chris & Shelly!!

Chris came before the expected time, was efficient in the diagnosis of the broken dryer heating element. He offered me options on the cost and was able to finish the repair that day at the estimated time. He was honest, friendly and willing to chat.

Chris was a very nice guy but I was told it would be $65 an hour to look at my washer and dryer and he charged me $78. He said since I was not having him fix it, it was now $78. Also after 45 minutes he went out to his truck and was looking up info for a part and my hour was slipping away so I went out and talked with him. I said I did not want him to work further as it would cost too much and my appliances were over 20 years old.

"I explained to the customer the rate, she agreed. After diagnosis which was $35 if I do the repairs, $78 if I don't do any repairs. At that point I was not charging by the hour. When I explained to you your options, I then asked what you wanted to do. Yes, I sat out in my vehicle to find the best possible price for the parts. You chose not to have repairs done and were not charged hourly. I believe your rating is not justified. I was very thorough with everything I did. AbsoLutes strives to find the best possible price on parts and customized care for each customer regardless of how large or small the job is."
