Wonderful experience with this pro! They pointed out things that were not up to par in other areas near HVAC system to ensure everything would be safe and suggested future improvements to save money on monthly bills (current system is old and costing a lot more monthly than a newer system would).

Only had them out to diagnose an issue. I cannot speak of actual work quality. I needed a new system and went with another company for that. I can say that the tech arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. I would hire them again.

Was punctual, professional and explained the problem and solution clearly. Was all we could ask for.

Had bad freon leak- technician was at my home within 90 minutes of my initial inquiry on Home Advisor. Very professional, within one hour my air was up and running fine. Highly recommend

My air conditioning unit completely stopped working today. My house had gotten so hot I was miserable I knew I could not stay here all night without having my air conditioning fixed. So I went on HomeAdvisor & I received a phone call within minutes. The technician arrived early I was so pleased & happy to see Rifet T. he went above and beyond his job he didn't charge me extra for all the extra work he did I am so thankful. He was very professional and straight forward & told me exactly what the problem was. I wish I could give over 5 stars because he definitely deserves it. My unit stopped working on a Sunday and I was worried about how much that would cost but he came right out and didn't charge me any extra. Came back the next day to check on it since he was in the neighborhood for no charge.

They came quickly after calling to see if i wanted an earlier appointment! Yes, PLEASE!! It’s only 100 outside!! Rifet came and worked quickly and efficiently, and then my A/c is working, yeah!!! Thank you Rifet and Absolute!!

He was incredibly prompt (seriously very responsive to our emergency) and friendly. He fixed the major problem very quickly, but when it still wasn't working right away (turned out it also needed freon in addition to fixing the fan), he came back immediately upon our next call and did not charge us for the inconvenience, and now all seems to be working well! Would use again.

My furnace went out over night and I submitted a request for service online and I received a call within 10 mins of submitting the request. They sent someone the next morning and he arrived on time He had to order the part to correctly repair the furnace, but found a work around until the part came in. The service rep was courteous and very professional. Would definitely hire again.

Absolute is absolutely fantastic! Rifet the furnace specialist was here within minutes & diagnosed my problem. As a permanent fix is going to requre further repairs, my sister, who paid for the original furnace & install, purchased a maintanance agreement with the company, & Rifet has been back twice to resolve firther problems. Each time he was prompt, courteous, and very helpful.

My New Heating and Cooling System is Great! Absolute Air and Appliance Repair was awesome. They were right on the job as compared to the other companies that called me back, they contacted me immediately and keep to my schedule I can�t say enough good things about them; they were professional to the tenth degree. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, they made recommendations that made sense and saved me money! After installing a complete new air conditioning and furnace system even some ductwork that needed replacement they left my home with no mess. For minor repair to furnace - got job done quickly and was the least expensive out of several places I called before deciding. Would recommend and will call again in future.
