Small Animal Pest Control Service

Very expensive. Did not complete their promise to find and trap animal in attic. (Cat.) Accused us of imagining what we continued to hear over 3 week period with 4 visits out. Basically QUIT and said if they continue they would have to charge MORE! $$$$$$ Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Cat is STILL in the attic and now WE are working to get it out on our own. We also have put cameras up there and are seeing the cat. And??they wrote in the receipt: ?3year warranty.? They came up with tons of new ?rules? of their own regarding that warranty. To not ?honor? it. After they QUIT. And this was for our 91 year old Mom?s home and they knew that.
