Communication is poor. The office gal did not keep me posted on the delay in arrival. That is all I needed - communication!. Should not have the customer initiate this. Disappointed.

They do not keep appointment times and the company does not care if their contractors do not show up. Their contractors do not pay attention - they left the back gate open, my dogs got out even after I reminded them to shut the gate. Because they did not keep the original appointment it ended up being a two-day job because one of the technicians was not available the first day. I ended up waiting 24 hours because they never knew when the technician would show up.

Both Juan & Jaime were very knowledgeable & personable. Both were able to diagnosis problem quickly & provide remedies w parts available for all three problems w older refrig. Staff in office consistently kept me in touch re arrival of techs. I highly recommend the services. Would have preferred costs of parts was a little less expensive, however.
