We provide appraisals for Pricing properties correctly when considering selling, Estate Purposes, PMI reduction and Divorce Purposes. We complete appraisals for Residential properties only. We do not appraise Commercial properties so please do not reach out to us for commercial. David Cropper has over 24 years experience as a Real Estate Sales Associate and 21 years experience as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and 17 years as Founder and President of Absolute Appraisal Service, Inc. and he knows the rules and regulations of the real estate appraisal industry very well.
