Abosolute Best Air installed a new central heat & air unit for us. Employees were curtious, clean, knowlegable, explained how to use the thermostat and answered all the questions we had. We will recommend them to everyone and will continue to call them for any needs in the future.

I had used another company from McDonough for years but decided to give ABS a shot. The ywer professional, kept me informed of what they were doing. Advised me of what the fix was,. Fixed the problem and gave me advise to prevent this from happening again. Excellent company. Oh, they also give military discount! :)

I spoke with David in the morning to request an appointment (I had already convinced myself that I would need a new unit). He scheduled for 3pm that afternoon. When I saw the ridiculous thunderstorm that came through that afternoon, I just knew he wouldn't come out. He called at 2pm to say he would actually be early. He showed up early and went to work - out in the rain, down to the basement, back and forth. He did not stop until he figured out what the issue was and guess what? I did not need a new unit - just a new condensate pump. He zipped off to go pick one up and came back to replace it. It has been working just fine ever since. Considering that another a/c guy had told me there was nothing wrong with the unit and that I'd just forgotten to turn on the breaker outside, I was shocked. The condensate pump was tripping the breaker but that guy didn't bother to put in the time to figure out the issue. Thank you so much David. When the unit does need to be replaced, you'll be my first call.

David was great. He showed up on time and got straight to work. Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. David thoroughly explained what he was testing and the results. With a rather large home, I've experienced many service providers who look to charge me a little more, but David never changed his rate or made the issue seem any larger than it was. I'd definitely recommend his services and I'll definitely call him again if anything comes up on my other HVAC systems.
